How do I add pages like FAQ or Shipping info to my store?
Customize → Pages → + New page. Pick Info/Policy, FAQ, Landing page or Blank, give it a title and address, and choose whether it appears in the header or footer menu.
TL;DR: My Store → Customize → Pages → + New page. Choose a purpose — Info / Policy, FAQ, Landing page or Blank — give it a Title and an address (e.g. faq → yourstore.btab.app/faq), then edit its sections under Edit blocks →. In Settings for the page, pick Header menu or Footer links to add it to your navigation, and tick published.
What pages does every store already have?
Four Core pages that can't be deleted or renamed: Home, Products, Product (the template every product uses) and About. Everything else you add is yours.
Policies are different
Delivery, Returns, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy aren't pages you create — they're four text boxes under Customize → Content → Policy Pages. Fill one in and it appears as a footer link and page (/policy/returns etc.); leave it blank and it doesn't exist.
Page settings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Navigation | Not in navigation / Header menu / Footer links, plus an order number |
| Address | The URL slug — renaming changes the link |
| Search engine listing | Optional title and description for Google |
| Published | Untick to hide; a hidden page returns "not found" but still shows in your preview |
| Go live at | Schedule a page to appear at a set time |
Custom pages need the new store editor; if you see "Pages need a recipe-mode store", accept the "A new version of your store is ready" prompt on My Store first. Custom pages are a plan feature — if + New page isn't shown, they're not on your plan.
Contact page?
There's no separate contact page. Add the Contact CTA section (heading, text, your email, a button) to your Home or About page under Edit blocks →. Buyers wanting a quote use Enquire Now on products.
Do this
Make an FAQ page (the purpose seeds an expandable question list), put it in Footer links, and write your Delivery and Returns policies — those three answer most pre-sale questions.
