How do I put several products together in one room?
My Store → Apps → Shop by Room, then My Store → Rooms → + New room. Add a photo, tap each piece in it to tag a product, and publish. Shoppers get a /rooms page where they can add the whole room to the cart, or just the pieces they want.

TL;DR: Turn on My Store → Apps → Shop by Room, then go to My Store → Rooms → + New room. It takes three screens — Photo → Pieces → Publish. Add a photo of a real room, tap each piece in the photo to tag the product, then publish. The room gets its own page at yourstore.btab.app/rooms/<name> with an Add the room to cart button.
Why bother?
Nobody furnishes a room one product at a time. A shopper wanting a home office wants a desk, a chair that suits it, a lamp and a shelf — and on an ordinary store those are four product pages, four tabs and four decisions. A room shows the pieces together, at their real size relative to each other, and lets the shopper take all of them in one tap.
Step 1 — turn the app on
My Store → Apps, find Shop by Room, switch it on. That does three things straight away:

Turning the app off takes all of it back off your storefront.
Step 2 — start a room
My Store → Rooms gives you two ways in:
- + New room — build one room yourself. Most stores start here.
- From my catalogue — Btab looks through what you already sell and drafts rooms for you, from product ranges and from supplier photos that show several of your products in one shot. It tells you how many it found before it makes anything, and everything it makes is a draft.
Step 3 — the photo
Tap Take or choose a photo.
- Wide works best. Landscape, or your phone's Panorama mode — shoppers can slide across a wide photo on the room page.
- Get the whole arrangement in frame. A piece that is cropped off cannot be tagged.
- It has to be a room. A single product on a white background is not one, and Btab will say so.
No room photo? Tap I don't have a room photo →. Btab offers you any supplier photos that already show two or more of your products, and a set of empty starter rooms — living, dining, bedroom and terrace — you can start from.
Step 4 — tag the pieces
Tap a piece in the photo. A search opens — Which piece is this? — find the product and tap Add. A numbered pin lands where you tapped, and the search stays open so you can add the next piece.
- Suggest pieces from this photo proposes products from your catalogue that probably belong in the room, and says why. Nothing is added until you tap Add.
- To move or remove a pin, use the ⋯ on that piece in the list under the photo: Move pin, Unpin (the piece stays in the room), or Remove from room.
- A piece can be in the room without a pin — + Add a piece without pinning.
Step 5 — publish
Pick a room type chip (Living, Dining, Office…) and it fills in a title, or write your own. Add a short intro if you want one. Underneath is a preview of exactly how the room appears at /rooms, including the wording of the button your shoppers will see.
Tap Publish and it is live. Not ready? Save and finish later — the room has been a draft since you added the photo.
After it is live
Each room's ⋯ menu on the Rooms page:

What shoppers can do
- Tap a numbered pin to see which piece it is; the numbered list under the photo is always there too.
- Add the room to cart puts every piece in at once. If some pieces are quote-only or out of stock, the button says so and offers one quote request for the rest — nothing is quietly dropped.
- Add just one piece with the + on it (on a computer it appears when you hover).
Every room also gets its own web address and search-engine listing, appears in your sitemap, and is marked up so search engines can read it as a list of products.
One thing it does not do
Rooms does not measure the shopper's room, and does not check that anything fits. It shows your pieces together, in proportion, in a real room — the tape measure is still theirs.
