What is llms.txt on my store?
Every store now has a short map for AI answer engines at /llms.txt, generated from your live store. There's nothing to set up.

TL;DR: yourstore.btab.app/llms.txt is a short, plain-text map of your store for AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and others). It's built automatically from your live store and updated as your store changes. There's nothing to do.
What's in it?

| Shop | All products, then your top categories by number of products (up to 20) |
| About the store | Your About page, blog (if you have posts) and your published pages |
| Policies | The delivery, returns, terms and privacy policies you've written |
| Optional | Your sitemap and the instructions page for AI agents |
What does it leave out?
- Pages and categories you've hidden from search engines.
- Everything, if your store is hidden from search: in that case it doesn't exist at all.
- If you've told AI companies they can't train on your content, the file says so at the top. Assistants answering a shopper's question are still welcome.
What this means for you
Nothing to set up. Better tagline, About text and category names make a better map, and they help your normal search results too.
