Dashboard login vs API keys — what's the difference?
Your dashboard login is how you sign in to manage your store. An API key is how your own code talks to BTAB. Two separate systems.

How do I change my company details?
Edit your company name, contact person, phone, description, website and address on the Business Profile page. Your login email is changed by BTAB.
For suppliers
How do I give my staff their own logins?
Invite each team member by email from Settings → Staff. They get their own password, one role and only the stores you pick. Money, banking, billing, staff and API keys stay yours.
